Tops -
Vests are back in, especially in a linen set. I love this blue linen vest and the tone; it’s perfect to pair with your favorite pair of jeans.
This twist-front front cut-out blazer from Express is a good choice for several occasions. Date night, brunch, or an evening concert.
Love the slouchy vest from Anthropologie. The lighter orange color is perfect for the season.
Pull out your cream linen pants and pair them with this blossom top from ZARA. Pair with a large statement earring and clutch.
A good distressed bright Nirvana tee from Urban Outfitters. This can be worn to a festival as a dress, rock some biker/boy shorts underneath and a pair of sneakers.
Bottoms -
I have two rompers similar to this, and when I tell you, they are heaven! So cute and comfortable! Check out this harem-style romper from Anthropologie - it comes in about 8 colors!
A good leopard palazzo pant to throw over your swimsuit.
I’m aging myself when I ask, “Skorts are back?”. I can dig it because I don’t think I would be comfortable in a super mini-skirt. I love this pink high-waisted skort from Express.
We carried a pleated cuffed short on shopbrownstone.com last spring/summer, and they were a hot seller. The material is the same fabric that trousers are made of, allowing you to dress them up. This Express pair is very similar.
These might be my favorite pair of linen pants I’ve found all season. The wide waistband and thick ribbon tie are purposeful and fashionable. I can also appreciate the large pockets.
Dresses -
This fitted sheath from Express comes in several colors. It works for the office or a wedding. Try pairing the pink hue with turquoise to create a spring color blocking moment.
A red salsa moment from Revolve.
Don’t shoot the messenger, but this blue halter dress from ZARA is sold out in most sizes, but enter your email address to be notified when it comes back in stock. When it’s good, it goes fast!
